Is it right that you are not allowed to eat cheese and eggs plus white bread with ibs
No, that's not strictly true. If your IBS is food-related, then you can try eliminating different foodstuffs to ascertain what your symptom-triggers are. Probably the most effective method of doing this is the low-FODMAP diet which helps many people work out their problems.
Lactose - even dairy as a whole - is a problem for many IBS-ers, as are wheat/barley and rye due to either fructans and/or gluten content. Arguably, white bread is probably better for people who have diarrhoea-predominant IBS (IBS-D) as it has a lower fibre content, and wholemeal (high fibre) may be better for those with IBS-C.
I've never seen a post on this site from anyone who can't tolerate eggs although they may well give some people a problem.

Ok thank you so much as I've gone two weeks not hardly eatting as got told no white bread and I hate brown bread
If you think bread makes your symptoms worse, try corn tortillas or crackers as alternatives. Keep a food diary to try and pinpoint your triggers.
Eggs don't realy bother me as don't eat many my downfall is bread and cheese
Ok thank you I don't find bread or cheese doze it's mainly greasy or spicy food that does it for me but I got told by my gp not to have cheese eggs white bread roast potatoes and any processed food so I'm finding it very hard what to eat and not eat I've mainly been living on cup soup and noodles
It's a matter of experimentation. Eliminate one thing at a time for about a week and see if there's a difference. There are some triggers that are more obvious than others. Spice like chilli and curry stand out for almost anybody as they do for you. I agree eggs are unlikely an it's a myth they bung you up, too. Just because the protein coagulates when cooked doesn't mean that helps or hinders inside you. You MAY be wheat or gluten intolerant and there's no end of debate about fibre (brown grains). For some too much is a problem,or too little is a problem.
Standard reply no 1. if in doubt see GP.
Standard reply no 2 For most sufferers of MANY things, a healthy balanced diet is all that's needed. We didn't get loads of fat or sugar as hunter gatherers so it's no surprise they don't help. Fat is essential but not in the quantities we consume these days. See if your GP will refer you to a dietician, and there's plenty of advice on NHS choices. Sorry to say cup soup and pot noodles is probably among the worst you could do. Loads of salt and MSG. . .Please come back for more if you like. We're here to help and there's loads of good ideas out here. I'm sure you'll find something that suits you.
Oh, short answer to the posted question is "NO"
eggs are not a problem for me, although bread is big no no and cheese and anything dairy i am ok with as long as it is in moderate portions. instead of bread i eat tortilla wraps as i have no problems with them.
Ok thank you for your help and advice people that's very kind
I have to have a strict dairy free diet to control my diarrhorea symptoms - no cheese at all (sob, sob).
I also keep to white bread.
I have found that hard boiled eggs do not agree with me but scrambled (using dairy free spread) or poached are fine
Yeah I have found that dairy doesn't effect me it's spicy foods that does
I can eat hard cheese, but not soft. I can eat tiny portions of bread but no pasta. I eat eggs, spicy foods, but no broccoli, onions, etc., from FODMAPs list. I ate lasagna the night before I had to fly and nearly died of pain. never again.
