Belly pain and extreme discomfort that feels like there is a heavy stone right around the navel

Does anyone experience this? Any suggestions on how to relieve this? Thanks for your help and support.

I experience this too but its apparent when i sit down or lay on my back. The gastroenterologist has called it postural pain and is suggesting other investigations other than gi related, at least in my case. I also have hiatal hernia, gastritis, diverticulitis which may not help so maybe you need need to consider further investigations with your doctor if it effects quality of life. Pain is sio debilitating. Good luck.

I have this, the pain is worse when I'm sitting or lying down ,it eases a bit when I walk but is always there 24/7. i have chronic constipation and diverticular disease which has narrowed part of my colon, I take linoclotide every morning so I can go to the loo, but the pain is always there. I've had colonoscopies, ct scans and transit test which said I had a slow transit. I'm having an MRI scan later today and a proctogram tomorrow. I just hope they can foind a solution to this

I find my stomach goes hard when I walk, it's very uncomfortable and no idea what the cause is. So can't walk far.
