Horrible hangover feel, fatigue without having any alcohol at all. Happens after eating for sure. Does anyone get this feel ? Please let me know because I can not tolerate this at all. I have been like this for 3 years now , this came on all of a sudden. I had every single medical test you can ever imagine and they are all normal.

Hangover with no alcohol at all
So that feel is always there but extremely intensified after eating . My head feels like someone is holding it with an extremely tight squeeze also. I did all the medical tests that exist in all medical fields. Beyond baffling. I lost muscle also for sure . It's not more of a drink feel but more of a hangover horrible feel. Then it gets a bit better a few hours after I eat , always. It gets better but it's still there , just not as intensified .
I'm not diabetic , I had all tests possible done. No I did not have some food sensitivity test done. I don't feel drunk , it feels like a horrible hangover all the time , head feel and nausea also. No diabetes in the family. I'm currently cutting gluten out to see if this will help. I got tested for Celiac three times by endoscopy and it was normal

I did this already two years ago and it was a joke , that does nothing , I think this is like the new word of the century now "histamine intolerantt". It's bogus nonsense
Sure can you please send me what you can so I can resolve this feel somehow.
Are you eating a lot of fiber? This can cause too bulked up stools, bloating, lethargy, cramping after meals, etc. There is a lot of great information on "The Fiber Menace" on gutsense.com. Have you tried a dietician or being tested for dumping syndrome or celiac disease?
No I do the eat lots of fiber and as I said, I dont have any intestinal issues or bloating at all
You're original post made no mention of fiber, which is why I asked. I don't know what your diagnosis is. Have you been diagnosed with IBS? We are all just trying to help..we are not Gastros..
No IBS at all and I dont have a diagnosis because all doctors are baffled . I went to the best doctors for this feel. Only way I can describe it is a bad head tightness that makes you feel weak and it causes nausea , slight nausea. I even had a tilt table test for autonomic disorders and that was normal . Had multiple cancer scans every 3 month for two years. Mind you I'm a doctor also so it's beyond unreal trying to figure this out .
I know, I wish I had the answers. Right now, I am cramping all the time, even when I don't eat..so I guess it's back to try another (third) the other two did nothing for me, to see if Laxatives that I take once a week have permanently damaged my Colon. Had a colonoscopy three months ago, and except for two benign polyps..they said everything looked normal..wish I knew the answers..
