Just wana ask has anyone here heard what a "navel slip" is? As far as im concerned and the people i met who cured (recovering fast now since past 1month) of of this damn ulcer colitis that ruined my life since years. I want to tell you people that navel slip is what causes so many stomach problems including ulcers. Bring both of ur hands together with palms facing upwards, the lines on ur palms shud be perfectly aligned with each other, then see if the lines on ur fingers are meeting each other properly! If the lines of ur fingers DON'T meet then its a telling sign that ur navel has slipped. There are exercises to align the navel back again. Now the way i got it done is really realllly realllly strange. But point is please research what a navel slip is if its a new thing for you. God bless
