I keep seeing white spots in my stools? I have not eaten anything looking like that. Like soft white seeds. Fit test OK blood and urine ok. It burns to open bowels and for some time after. I often feel I haven't finished even though I went easily?? Any ideas?

I can only reply having looked up your symptoms of white spots in the stool on Google. It appears that it can be due to a number of things including diet - foods that are difficult to digest, e.g. nuts and seeds, malabsorption problems, medication pill casings, parasitic infections and fungal infections. I suggest you consult your GP, as the tests you have had would probably not show up the cause.

I have just answered your question, but have realised in your bio that you said you had Coeliac Disease, actually this was listed under malabsorption as a cause for white spots in the stool - maybe this might be related.

Thank you for looking into this. Yes probably malabsorbtion as I am a coeliac and have border line bile acid malabsorbtion.
