Does milk affect you - maybe trying a non dairy milk like coco might help that’s what I find helps - it’s in the supermarkets. I can’t have soya.
I have to avoid certain foods too that cause me wind I have found a good food diary helps as long as you realise that the thing you eat doesn’t cause the wind immediately it maybe to two or four days later sometimes.
for me milk, cream, beans eggs and strong sauces are bad
I eat lots of white fish fruit and veg - well cooked and bland foods I find safer. But you can always add some tomato sauce for flavour.

the pants are a good idea. There are some supplements such as ginger that can really help. I am a certified herbalist and I would be willing to give you more help if you send a direct message. I need to know if you have any other ailments like diabetes, if you are constipated regularly or things like this in order to do so.
If you can tolerate fennel seeds, they may help. You can just nibble on a few of them -- some rock sugar makes them taste like candy, or make a fennel tea by steeping in water.
