ibs app and I have ibs type m

There’s so much stuff online. Too much really. I was overwhelmed.  I finally found an app to sort me out.  Recipes and advice and so much more than just a meal planner.  I was so excited when I nosied around it.  I signed up. First I thought a bit because it costs £19.99 for 4 weeks. Then I went off the app and came back and it said 8 weeks with the 4 previously noted scored through.   I thought wow someone answered ,y request quietly spoken when I went away to think about the cost.  So I signed up.   Confirmation email said 4 weeks sadly. Then the receipt the same.  Then the settings area of app tells you subscription end date. Sure enough 4 weeks. So I’ve written to their customer services. They said must be a glitch.  Related to apple iOS only likely because that’s what I use. And then I’ve been waiting patiently.  No other response came, like we will give the 8 weeks, we recognise an error now, etc we trust your word, or anything.  I’ve chased today.  I used to manage software engineers so I know a bug does not take long to investigate back or front end.  So get on the case people.  Don’t leave me hanging please.    I mean I had a consultation with a private dietician firm who wanted me to pay £3890! For 4 months up front.  Ridiculous money.  So my £19.99 app suits my needs.  I mean I’m British (Scottish) so the NHS referral was takin ages.  The dietician pack came in post and it’s all read this website and we are here if you need just call.  Nothing new for me to learn. I’d already been on those websites months ago. Read loads of books since then too. I’ve done my homework. I want to be normal or get this IBS under control you know. I gave the lassie an earful but she said the dietician would actually call me.  Still waiting. I pay good money for NHS services just where I live in the highlands up north of the country the services are scarce.  I digress and wait now.    Everyone waits these days.   The good news one week on the app plan and symptoms are seemingly better.  I’m also taking probiotics and vitamin d which seems to also help.  There was a meal out one of the days as it was our anniversary but I tried to stay sensible.   If anything my alternating bouts of loose stools and constipation are more on constipation side although I’m drinking tons of water which is normal for me.  I’m actually drinking more water than normal.  So here is the app if you think it might work for you too.  apps.apple.com/gb/app/ibs-c... let you know if they sort that bug out too.    Thanks and grateful to science to help me heal.  💕

update. The company is honouring the discount code and I’m in conversation to get them to improve the app. This really works. I’m so delighted to have low FODMAP support.
