Why am I passing wind permanently when I stand up it soo embarrassing I can't stop it

I feel your pain , I’ve been very windy and smelly ! For about a month now ( well ,more than usual!) no idea why . I’m gf and df already! Have diverticulitis. Also everytime I go to wee it happens and usually do a bit of poo every time as well ! Sorry not much use to you Hahha . Hope someone has more clues ! I mostly keep off fizzy which can have that effect

Have you tried charcoal tablets. Eating drinking super slow helps. Also avoid trigger foods. I also took digestive enzymes and apple cider vinegar and it helped calm my gut down.

Perhaps try sphincter excerises to reduce the affect when you are in an embarrassing situation but........ You should let the wind go free when you can as it can cause discomfort if not released
