My gastroenterologist told me to take 10 sachets of Vivomixx one week after I finished Normix, an IBS antibiotic. Now I see from reading various websites that a lot of IBS sufferers take it for a long time and are very happy with it. Since it's a bit expensive, I was wondering how others continue to take it, e.g., do they switch from the sachets to the capsules after a certain period of time and how often do they take it and do they take an occasional break? Thanks!

Hi in search of new probiotic . I have Sibo too. Is it any good?
Thank you
It's great but very expensive. I have no idea how it would work with SIBO - you'd have to ask your doctor.
Thank you . I’m willing to try anything
Chouchou1234, try thiamine with your doctor's oversight. Thiamine needs magnesium to become bioactive.
