Hi has anyone found that drinking warm water and lemon has helped ease their symptoms? If so is morning or evening better?

Thanks

I tried this on several occasions but it didn't do anything for me. I did try a small amount of Apple Cider vinegar in the morning and in the evening. But not much there either. I then tried Natural Calm Magnesium and it made me sleep better and sometimes a better bowel movement but it was hit or miss. The only thing that can help me usually is Apple Juice which has Mild Laxative effects but I have to drink a 1/4 to 1/2 of 64 ounce bottle. Some people swear by prunes or Prune or Pear juice..

I have found that any warm drink before bed seems to help relieve my constipation. I normally go with camomile tea, but anything warm would work. Not sure why it works, it might just be a quirk of my weird guts, but you never know it could work for you too. If you want to try lemon water though, I would suggest taking it in the morning as it probably isn't that great for your teeth.

I often have lemon water or lemon and ginger tea first thing in the morning. I think its good to cleanse the system before you start on dairy or other foods
