Not sure if this is the right forum or not, but I need help
Ok, got an issue with my back passage, every time I need to toilet, I start to leak, I had really bad trauma down there when I was 17 and its never been the same.
I need someone to help me and tell me what you think is causing this.
You must talk to a doctor to find out what is causing this problem. You can speak to a gastroenterologist, or a cold-rectal doctor. I believe there are tests to see what is causing it as well as treatments.
It could be something quiet simple, I don’t think for one minute it is anything serious, I had it for. a year and for some reason it corrected itself on its own, it can be an overactive bowel, Ibs or with taking to many laxatives.or constipation, Get it checked out as long as your poop looks alright and there is no blood in it , it is actually quite but is very stressful indeed and very uncomfortable.
I've had this problem for years.I did see a colorectal surgeon who did a pressure test where you clench your bottom togeather and he measured pressure that was present.
He fully understood my situation and then prescribed bisacodyl, which clears out totally your bowel.
It's a bit cramps after you take it but it evacuates your bowel so you don't have this problem.
I think you need to see a specialist for advice. Especially if this is related to previous trauma. May need some medical intervention.I have problems with not being able to control myself if I am suffering with overflow issues. But this is not the same I suspect.
