Yes defiantly ok. Don’t worry at all.My doctor told me to do two in morning and two at night whrn I had bad constipation, for two days.

I have AFIB and any heart problems I’ve been told you must not take more thst two in one go.....

So in answer to your question yes you will be fine.

Are you drinking enough water, as this type oflaxitive draws water into bowel to soften poo

Movical contains polyethyline glycol which has caused kidney failure in people. I put a post out about this on this site. There is a lawsuit on over it. Most doctors don't know about it.Movical also contains a lot of sodium and potassium, too. it's hard to find something for constipation if you have CKD.

I am now trying Sorbital and giving it a try.
