I have been taking ginger capsels for a month but my anus pain seems to be getting worse, could it be the ginger capsels ?

I used those and never had that effect. I didn't see anything googling it either. All that said, I did give them up (and peppermint oil capsules as well) as they were just a little too intense. I still like anything with ginger in it though - ginger tea, especially.

I take a ginger supplement daily and have never had that effect but every body is different and reacts differently. You could always come off it for a few weeks and go back on to see the effects.

I'm sure l have seen it can cause burning in the bottom

I find the same, I have had terrible burning on them. I have been taking them for four months, I have just stopped taking them, a lot of these things don’t wok a complete waste of money and time. Good luck

There is definitely no magic cure for IBS. That said, there are things that can help. They do, though, seem very specific to the individual. I know a lot of us go through a bunch of different things to find something that suits us. And even that can change over time. What else are you doing? What else have you tried?
