Has anyone found that ginger capsules or ginger (or peppermint) tea are good for IBS C?

Ginger and IBS C
I don't know about C in particular. I believe they're best for gas, bloating, pain, etc.
I found peppermint made my pain and bloating worse and made my burps taste of peppermint (I hate the taste of peppermint). I have IBS-M. I find ginger much more effective. I take both tablets and tea and find I have less bloating, less wind and less pain.
There are some studies that show ginger to be more effective than peppermint but like everything for IBS I think you just need to go with what works for you.
I take 30 drops of ginger extract in a little water before bed time. This helps my IBS-C by triggering a BM in the morning.
Yes I find ginger , in any form helps , I have IBS -C and methane Sibo .I have ginger in the Motility support capsules , also I put grated ginger root / ginger slices in tea & in some meals . However I do take Dulcolax as well and Prucalopride .
I find the raw ginger helps calm an irritable tummy .
There are alot of herbal teas that help eg Chamomile, green tea, peppermint tea, there is a herb called slippery elm & many more, dnt use sugar if u want 2sweeten your tea but use organic honey also add blackstrap Molasses to give u a variety of vitamins & nutrients, i would advice you also take smoothies or juices straight from organic fruits & vegtables everyday u will see a big change
Peppermint is good for nausea and calming the tummy but since it relaxes the stomach muscles it can exacerbate acid reflux (which I have). Ginger is great for lots of things, I drink a lot of ginger tea. I never really noticed a change of BM frequency with it though
