i have been suffering from chronic constipation and ibs.today i tried ginger tea with lemon. it really helped with the gas pains and bloating and the feeling i needed to go to the bathroom. i hope it works again.

I have ginger and lemon usually as my first drink of the day. I feel it helps to clear my system before i eat and drink the naughty stuff. Coffee and tea!
Hi Bobbyrita Just started a week ago to have Lemon and Ginger Tea , I find also that it has a calming effect for the IBS. For constipation I find dates work for me (2 or 3 each day) and keep me regular.

Every morning is miserable for me, as well. Constipation is my major problem. Thank you for the suggestion of ginger tea. Is It something that you just buy?
i will try kiwis again. i am really scared now. i just took another bottle of magnesium citrate which was the only thing that was working. the dates didn't do anything
Have you tried milk of magnesia . Or laxido sachets from the doctor that soften the stool . It can help as well but you get them from the doctor . They help me but it’s a on going battle . That we have to battle every day . Hope you find something to help you .
