Plenty of gas and burps and rolling guts. But not really painful in my experience just dam uncomfortable

Yeah I shouldn’t say pain full, I’m just so gassy, feel nausea, loss of appetite, stomach cramping on and off . What symptoms did you have ? And any relief ?
Farts, wind, gas, reflux, weight loss, turning pocket of creeping gas in your guts. Like a flipping feeling. Anxiety, loose and smelly poo and sometimes mucus
