Hi. Hope everyone is doing great. Currently going through a minor flare up. It always effects my sleep. Anyone have similar experiences. I fortunately never suffer from any abdominal pain. But yet find it difficult to go to sleep. Only during flare ups.

Have had a non restorative sleep for years now and in my opinion definitely related to chronic functional bowel problems.
