Another ibs flare up ?

Hi all hope everyone has had a good Xmas and new year. I think it's a ibs flare started today passing dark stools not black or red no diarrhea or pain only bloated on the left side and it's making me worry once again.

Hey there, have you had dark stools before? Is it really hard poop or loose? (sorry, I’ve had IBS for so long, I have no shame 😂)

Poop is normal I call them ghosties when you don't need to wipe after and yeah only when I had Oreos no other symptoms (I have no shame either)

A clean break, as I call them 😂. My poop is darker and a clean break when I’m a bit constipated. You should check and see what’s in the ingredients of Oreos....

Do you eat nuts? I used to eat a handful of mixed (unsalted) nuts at lunchtime and they came out in my poop just like chopped garlic.

That’ll be the culprits! I see you’re a poop inspector like me. My kids are horrified that I always turn back to check my poop 😂
