Hi guys. So I am currently in a flare up. I mostly experience gas and d. No pain fortunately. I just wanted to ask does anyone experience Dm in night time? During flare ups I always have difficulty sleeping. Does anyone experience same thing.

Hi,

Short answer from me is yes. If I eat something my system does not like , there is usual a lot of gas pains. Relieved by flatulence or a BM , often goes to very loose . This is often fast transit and occurs after main meal of he day in the evening.

Some times this can occur immediately after eating , other times it can be later in the evening and on occasions it can happen during the night and sleep difficult . I think it is fast transit of food and the necessary dash to the toilet can be anything from just after eating to about eight hours after.

Years ago it would be first thing the following morning but now as I am getting older ( 72), system seems to want to get rid much quicker.

Not great especially if out or away on holiday etc,

Hope this information is of some use to you .

Yes day and night. IBS has no boundaries where I'm concerned even if not eaten much!!!

I found not a cure but a relief for my IBS and since taking my new found medicinal plant I have had no flare ups just normal pooping and not a lot of gastrial pain like before. I take Kratom twice a day and IBS is under control. Research it and see for your self...

Be careful on that Kratom cause some people die using it. It's very dangerous and not recommended.
