Pelvic discomfort

Does anyone feel pressure sometimes in their left side of pelvic area? Not sure if it’s ibs playing up or ovary/endometriosis.

Started after I had a bout of diarrhoea at the weekend. Only a one off episode.

Obviously these things make me anxious and think I over think it all.

In my case pressure and sometimes pain in my right side, lower abdomen, pelvic area and right lower back. I'm a man so can exclude ovaries 😉 IBS related in my case.
