Sensitive to my own fecal matter

It seems that as my fecal matter moves through my large intestine, my intestine and rectum are so inflamed. I suffer from IBS C. I have to use Miralax daily and I am in so much pain as the matter moves thru bowels. I’d rather be constipated but, of course, after a couple of days of That and I am in pain again. Does anyone else notice similar problems?

Yes I'm the same, ibs c have to take stool softener or I can't go. I'm in pain no matter what I do, had blod tests which come back normal, no infection or inflammation.I think the pain is cramping, maybe reduce the amount of miralax as these things can cause cramps.

I am thinking the same about Miralax causing cramping. Stool softeners do not work for me. I better try more kiwis. 2a day really help. I am so sick I don’t go to store. Someone else has to do it for me. Thanks for your response
