Anyone tried sillicogel

Hi has anyone tried sillocgel I was taking for a while not much if any. Difference so stopped taking it , decided yesterday to try it again and 10 mins after eating my dinner it just ran right through me , Not sure if it was coincidence or if it was the sillocigel, just be interested if anyone else has tried x

I tried Silicolgel a few months ago and I thought it was a miracle and I was cured for the first 2 weeks but then as with many things I have tried and seemed to work initially, my symptoms returned so the Silicolgel didn’t really work after that

Yeh I’ve found that to be the situation too , but I’ve got a new bottle so will carry on with it as you know it’s expensive hope you’re having a settled period of time x
