I discovered 2 tips for pain both at the same time so don't know if it was both or just one...1 folic acid tablet in the morning and massaging my abdomin as I read organs can fuse together particularly if you have scars in you pelvic area ..please let me know if it works for you...try it for a few days

Hi..I have been on Folic acid for 8 years. There is really not a whole lot of benefits to it. Not like B6 or the other B vitamins. Many Doctors prescribe it for pregnant women. I have not noticed much while being on it It doesn't help with pain at all for me. I was prescribed folic acid 1000 for bad anemia and it seemed to help with that. My Anemia went away as I was at the time getting injections of B12 or took a tablet. I noticed my mood did get better but that's about it. I wish I could give you more positive news. You may want to try googling the web md or mayo clinic website..p.s. I was a bit later with the colon massage? I do colon massages to help constipation. I don't know anything about organs fusing together..

Do you massage your abdomen in a clockwise motion? I have such bad ibs-c and any meds causes terrible cramps and diarrhea!

No not massage ..I didn't make it clear..use the yoga ball face down with the ball under where the pain it is and wiggle and roll about ..you'll find video on YouTube for endometriosis which is not just for young women older women can get it too ..
