Yes. About ten years ago been living a gluten free lifestyle ever since. Still have IBS though.

Yes about a year ago through a blood test. Am not coeliac but am following a gluten free/lactose free diet as it has improved my quality of life. Am IBSd but it is more or less under control with low fodmap and the above diet. I also have fibromyalgia which has many symptoms including widespread pain and alongside sciatica kind of rules my life but you just have to keep on keeping on! You having a coeliac test?
Hi yes I'm having the blood test just waiting for my gp to arrange it. I started a gluten diet on Saturday to see if this helps but early days yet. I suffer from sciatica as well and osteoarthritis.
You say you have just started a gluten free diet! Unfortunately you are required to have been eating gluten daily for 6 weeks for a coeliac blood test to be effective. I would suggest you leave the GF diet until after your test.
