IBS D floating poo

Hi I have IBS D and was wondering if anyone else has floating poo it takes ages to flush away just seems to Bob around in the toilet 🤣. It also has a really horrible smell like something has died in me. I have had stool samples and bloods done all normal and waiting to see a gastroenterologist. Any advice would be appreciated.

I have done recently but it seems to have settled now 🤞🏼 when I googled it, it said it's because of a high fat diet. I'm not eating much fat so who knows. I think it's just because of our on going tummy issues and hopefully yours will settle to xx

It can also be a sign of parasites although usually they are too small to see

I did a stool sample for parasites and was normal.

My stool samples were negative for parasites too x

I've been put on Lansoprazole so it could just be I have to much gas 🤣x

I have also cut out high fatty foods. And trying to eat things on the fodmap diet but I am still getting the dreaded D and it just floats around in the loo 💩takes ages to flush away 🤣 probably is just my stomach issues
