Anyone else’s belly feel full and tender after having a episode ? Like left side of belly and under ribs x

Hi mine is the right side of stomach and ribs and I also get a pain in middle back feels like it's in my spine.

Yes I get that same pain and bloating after a bout of Ibs D. It's a relief to go as I suffer with Ibs c as well. But it's like my tummy empties out and the empty space fills up with air. I end up with a hot water bottle feeling sorry for myself., and just eat plain food for a while. Any coping strategies gratefully received! 😊
