I massage my stomach for 10 minutes every night before I go to sleep! I use a stool to get my anus in the right position to pooh. You put your feet on the stool while on the toilet seat. Also in the morning I have a hot shower. I have a hand held shower. I use the shower head to go directly in a clockwise ring on my tummy. I then go from my waist down the spine to my anus, and point the shower head directly on the anus. Within 5 minutes after this I go to the toilet it works like magic!! Please try it!! I hope this works for a lot of you.
