Does trapped gas cause pain in the upper abdomen and also some parts of the back?

I recently had this uneasy feeling near my stomach as well as back and i also passed gas a couple of times.

What could it be ?

Symptoms of pylori Trapped gas

Wind

Reflux

Feeling like your guts are moving and gripping.

Anxiety

Loose smelly stools sometimes

Bad breath

Feeling like you need to clear your throat

I am currently taking antibiotics for this. I got checked up with the doctor and had an ultrasound but got nothing. I also have acid reflux but since i started takimg medicine for it, the reflux is in control except for times when i eat oily and spicy food.

Your on antibiotics now for pylori? Is this your first or second line treatment?Ppi plus amoxicillin plus metronidazole?

I don't have pylori. My antibiotics are because someday before i had diarrhea for continuous 3-4 days. So the doctor gave me antibiotics when i told him i had acid reflux and diarrhea. Now it's normal after taking the medication. But i am just feeling like a little amount of gas trapped in my upper abdomen like an uneasy feeling. No other symptoms.

I'll discuss the possibility of h. pylori with the gastroenterologist this Wednesday. I suffer from a lot of symptoms that could indicate a lifelong chronic h. pylori infection with as result chronic (low grade) inflammation. I have had a test for h.Pylori and it was negative. So it looks more like SIBO / trapped gas. I hope to start with a course of antibiotics (Rifaximin ) soon.
