Acid reflex, ibs, or what

Please someone give me hope! I stopped taking ibgard to try librax which was a disaster I thought I was gonna die. So for 5 days I haven't taken anything wake up yesterday morning with heart racing, yellow diarrhea again, arms going numb, vertigo (severe dizziness) stomach gurgling all over, severe stomach pain, couldn't sit up, couldn't really lay down. I took ibgard opened it up and dumped half out! Get up this morning not as bad but still all the same symptoms so I took the ibgard and did the same thing, I stopped taking ibgard because it had me severely constipated. Is this gonna be constant? I cannot handle waking up like this, IT'S HORRIBLE and then I feel drained all day stomach pain with gurgling , dizzy, just like the life is drained out of me. I cannot find "trigger" foods as one time I eat something and am fine, next time I'm not. I just don't understand at all. My filling fell out of my tooth 2 days ago and I'm supposed to goto the dentist today, but I'm SCARED TO DEATH TO LEAVE THE HOUSE! what if I do this in the dentist office, what if I do it on the drive!??? Is this NORMAL FOR IBS ? I am having a really difficult time right now as I'm scared to do anything! I go back to gi March 30 I can't live like this til then that's why I started taking the ibgard again hoping it would constipate me and take away the dizzy with it... please put me in your prayers as I'm deeply depressed after constant attacks every single day since Jan 4 !

The dental office will have a bathroom and for the drive there, see if there is a Starbucks (they have great bathrooms and you don't need to buy anything) or gas station, etc. which will have a bathroom.

I live in small town no Starbucks here lol Dentist don't let you use bathroom! I ended up in a bag! AGAIN! just totally over it
