Hi everyone, have had IBS D and diverticula disease for years so am well aware what it feels like. Am now getting discomfort in top left of my abdomen. No other symptoms. Anyone any ideas?

You should phone a doctor if you want to find out for sure what it is..

I get discomfort there sometimes and it's usually trapped wind, but you should get it checked out properly.

I have that. Been going on for a while but, I have gas and belching. Seems to get better after bowel movement.
