This has happened to me about five times in my entire life. It freaked me out. It’s called Encopresis or bedsoiling. I still have the odd nightmare about it. I wake up convinced I’ve voided but all is still well. There will be many causes I’m sure. And it’s probably more common than we think. I remember a young married couple in Liverpool who opted for twin beds because of this. They brought up children so they still cared about each other. It’s nobody’s fault so don’t blame yourself but please see if anything can be done about it. Con amore Bxx
