Hi. Has anyone been down the route of taking CBD oil for IBS? CBD oil is ant inflammatory and great for anxiety, nerves, insomnia etc. I have been reading that it has had great results on people but sadly no scientific study has been made 🤔
Would like be to know your thoughts.
Tks guys

Hi cats15, I’ve been on and off with the cb oil, didn’t really find a difference with it to be honest, but maybe I didn’t give it long enough. What works for one doesn’t for another I’m afraid so why don’t you try it, there is nothing to loose and maybe you’ll get some resolve, I think any thing is worth a try to try and get some rest from this horrible condition. Take care and let me know how it goes if you decide to try it
Thanks so much for replying Cimmy. Gosh, you really have tried everything. I am so sorry you seem to be suffering so badly. It is such a horrible thing to have. I will give it a try and invest in the very best just to give it my best shot! will let you know!
I've started taking cbd oil for over a week now I'm feeling much better already no longer constipated or in pain but I'm not sure if it's the oil, as Im also taking silicolgel also.
I got silicolgel in holland and barrats before my bro got me cbd oil it is meant to be really good I paid £18 for it so I'm going to finish the bottle lol you would try anything if it meant you felt comfortable
I started taking CBD about ten days ago. I haven't notice any change with my Ulcerative Colitis which is terrible at present. But I am sleeping a lot better which helps me with the fatigue of UC. Here's hoping!
Hi, I've tried taking cbd on and off before. Took it for a few months straight for my migraines and ibs and didnt notice a difference in either however everyone is different. It may be worth giving it a shot. It definitely helps if you have insomnia take some before bed and it will help you sleep through the night. Sadly no change with my ibs symptoms 😔 worth a try though as you never know what may work. Wish you luck!
