Ibs
Yes
Yes, quite a lot of the time. I don't understand how I'm overweight
Yes. I make myself eat. Though, I recently found out my symptoms were contributed to parasites. /:
Yes, and lost some weight because of it, not to the point where I was concerned about it, but the dietitian kept telling me to eat more. Didn't take long to put it on again once I felt better!
How did you get better. The pain is the worst with me just above my waist. Worse when i walk as well
It's only the IBS I'm better from, I'm not better from the TMJD yet but I'm working on what I hope will fix it, which is using my inner awareness of where the pain/tightness/numb feelings are, and working particular muscles nearby to pull at the tight connective tissue and free it up. It may be the early stages of that work were what cleared up my IBS, it may also have been helped by the Atrantil I took for I think about six weeks, which produced a modest but noticeable improvement in my reaction to some FODMAP foods over the time I was taking it. Things just gradually got better from then on.
Yes me. Feel physically sick attempting to eat any sort of food.
Yes, quite often. I've been underweight quite often. I think I also do the opposite of many people and avoid food when stressed - I used to have a sugary drink or coffee to keep me going. A silver lining of being at home all the time now is that I take the time to have breakfast & lunch properly.
Yes - pretty often. Best to try to eat something though as I find that having an empty stomach with IBS isn't great either. For pain (used to get cramps) what's worked for me is giving up caffeine, Colpermin peppermint oil tablets (although can't eat them for more than a couple of days as I get peppermint flavoured heartburn), ginger tea, and Buscopan IB relief.
We’re you in constant pain. Mines just above waist. Cramping. 2 months now. Worrying doesn’t help though! Tried Mebeverine dies nothing. Cant take Buscopan .
Yes.
im new to this , i am eating less amounts so not to trigger it
Yes! I'm afraid to eat and eat little and find I just don't want to. Think it is anxiety related, though
