Hi, goggle Bile Acid Malabsorption. In Europe we have a machine that does what's called a SeHCAT test. I don't think they would have them in Pakistan! But there is medication which you maybe able to access. It's a bile acid sequestrant. Check it out and see if it matches your symptoms. It's called BAM or BAD (Bile Acid Diarrhoea).

Hi, Imodium (loperamide) is perfectly safe for long term use.

I have been using for the last four years. I had told my doctor also and they have said to me it’s ok to take for this long. But who knows.
