Do you mean IBS-D - diarrhea dominant irritable bowel syndrome or do you mean IBD - inflammatory bowel disease?

Hi Josepht110Iv'e had IBD for some while. I get the usual stomach cramps, diarrhea (which had blood in it and also mucus) but the worse thing was the fatigue. I just dragged myself around for weeks and only did what I could that was possible. I started drinking lactose free milk and cut out cream. I eat a lot of fish, chicken and veg but I am careful of some things. I don't know if you have tried the Fodmap but this is interesting reading when it comes to food.
