Abdominal aching, burping, and, pooping problem

Hello, can anyone help me, I'm having abdominal ache, and the doctor's medication is not curing my ache. There are times I need to burp to make the pain away. I have a hard time to poop. And when I poop, it is very hard, and sometimes there are flesh blood, sometimes having mucus like. I feel weak sometimes after pooping. After pooping also, My rectum feels itchy aching.

You may have IBS-C, but your doctor would need to formally diagnose it by carrying out some tests. Here are the tests for IBS in general (blood and stool tests):

By the way, what medication have you been prescribed?

Sometimes I take an over the counter acid reducer like Famotadine to help with aches and a bloaty feeling, and when I take Magnesium for a few days it usually helps with consitipation. I also heard from a doctor that if you take lots of Vitamin C (you can't OD) that helps too.
