Hi, I have ibs and I suffer from a lot of bloating and constipation and pain in stomsch. I’m curious to know. I have a lot of coconut sugar at home. So when I bake I use this as I thought this was more healthier and everything. But is this causing the problems to make it worse?

The only way to find out is to stop using it for a while.

I read a book which said sugar is absorbed in the upper intestine and doesn’t reach the large intestine so shouldn’t cause issues for people with gut problems. It’s the book by DR Megan Rossi.
