Nose bleeds

Does anybody with IBS also suffer with nose bleeds if I get one and it’s probably only once a week I know that for the rest of that day I’m gonna feel nauseous

I get nose bleeds with hayfever and a cold, its because your small blood vessels in your nose are irritated or inflammed, perhaps when your ibs fares you are inflammed and therefore other areas in your body are also inflammed?

When I have nosebleeds I find my anxiety spikes which in turn makes my digestive issues worse, it could be anxiety when having a nosebleed that is causing your feeling nauseous
