Hi, I hope everyone is doing well! I have had IBS-D for years. Over the past month I have had i think constipation but I had no pain of hemroides or anything but a lot of blood in the toilet bowl. That happened one other time, then I had normal constpation. But the last few times I have had bad pain under my belly button then around to my back on the right side. I had D but was really sweating and in pain. Dr said could be a flair up. I have never experienced anything like this. Has anyone? So sorry for tmi.

Good luck with everything
From what Bellacat21 is saying you might need some further checks with your doctor. If they are still saying its IBS check back in here later for some advice.
Thank you
Insist on getting a proper medical investigation through your GP to an specialist consultant. Don't be fobbed off. I have recently had a (what was called) complex gall bladder removed in a specialist hospital not the local one that does same day gall bladder ops. I was in hospital for 5 days. Apparently the gall stones were stuck in an awkward position and to near to the main artery. I must have suffered for about 10 years with what I thought of was diagnosed with IBS. Having had my gall bladder removed I have had no further IBS symptoms. I had had times when I had passed some very dark brown stuff and panicked. Can't believe the relief.
I am now of the opinion that everyone who has IBS symptoms should be checked for gall stones.
Hope this helps.
O wow! I’m so glad they were to figure that out. I would have never guessed a gall bladder would be an issue for so long. I will definitely look into that
