A need a good gastro in the Midlands

Hi. Does anyone know of a good gastro consultant in the Midlands. My nhs gastro consultant seems to have no idea whats wrong with my stomach. I get more help from this website!!

That's why its labelled IBS. Doctors have no idea what's wrong. They just rule out the serious stuff and then label you and let you get on with LAG (life after gastro)

Gastroenterologists don't always recognise that you may be suffering from intolerances. If you haven't already tried an exclusion diet then it's really worth doing. Start with the main IBS culprits, dairy, yeast and wheat (one at a time) and stay on a low Fodmaps diet. My dietician told me to cut out all fruit as it is too acidic a d only have half a banana now and then. I have multiple intolerances, dairy, yeast, dextrose, sunflower oil, soya and cashew milk.

Cashew milk is delicious though and a good substitute for cows milk. I have rice milk.
