Need any opinions. Yes..I will also talk to my Gastro on the 18th of this month office appointment. However the previous two Gastros I saw could not recommend anything. They just dismissed me. I could use some suggestions on what has worked for anyone with chronic constipation, Lactose and Gluten intolerance. I have had "Natures Best, Digestizyme" recommended, but that is only available in U.K. only. Any suggestions would be appreciated..thanks! Just got my test results..I am 56 years old, and low on stomach acid for proper digestion. ☺

Hi there. My son has been taking Tri-enza digestive enzymes by Houston Enzymes. They have been amazing. He's been able to eat wheat etc which he couldn't before. He's been on them for 3 years but Just a word of advice, you shouldn't stay on them for too long. Hospital have recently discovered he has slight jaundice which I have now been told has probably been caused by the enzymes which make the liver work harder.

Houston enzymes can be purchased direct from them at houston-enzymes.com/ or alternatively you can get them from Amazon. I'm sure more places in the US stock them. You're lucky I'm in the UK and I can only get them from one supplier. Good luck, they are an amazing product.

I am willing to try anyway, anything has to be better than this debilitating and chronic constipation. Could he look into a different enzyme?
