So every afternoon about 16:30-17:30 I get stomach issues such as bloating nausea more often that not an urgent need to go to the toilet and the wind is absolutely vile is it something I’m eating for lunch or can it be something else I normally have a sandwich but I’ve been tested for food intolerances and all that came back was a slight intolerance to milk it’s ruining my life as I can’t face any diner and my wife is getting frustrated as it’s a daily occurrence

Had you tried eating a light lunch, consisting of soup and a roll/toast, just to see what difference,if any, it makes. Or maybe some fruit instead of a sandwich, or a mint tea to wash the food down? There are so many imponderables, it is not possible to list them all here.
Hey, I definitely would say get on the low fodmap diet, its a life changer. Food intolerance tests arnt 100%. Could be the fructans in the bread etc. Monash university have an app that is amazing! Are you in the UK? Your gp can refer you to a dietitian specialising in the low fodmap diet
