Help!!!!

Hello people.

Can someone please help me. 35 year old male who had everything to live for, travelling internationally often, beautiful girlfriend, money, washboard abs.

I started to get ibs bloating in November 2014. Huge stomach even though I ate healthily . I did drink straight vodka which I still do from time to time. Tried exercise daily, meberverine, peppermint, linacolol, riflaxamin, cbt, change of diet . I still have this huge belly which changes when I drink vodka or eat something . I just can't figure it out . Please help.

Unfortunately, IBS doesn't discriminate, it will attack anyone and everyone (maybe that's why Emergency department over his is called A&E). Remove alcohol and fizzy drinks from your diet, stop eating peanuts and sweetcorn, Brussel sprouts and baked beans. Consult a dietician about a fodmap diet. Good luck.

Thank you viklou. I suspected that. Even though it's the safest alcoholic drink. I drink it straight. All going to change 2020
