My GP prescribed Codeine 30 mg one each night for me and they are amazing. I rarely need to take every night, and if I am just around home etc I don't bother, but they were a life saver for me when I was traveling recently. I took one the night before plus an imodium and I had a stress free trip. Did same on reverse journey and again , no problems. I was really stressed about going as the journey involved planes, and coaches plus a long drive to the airport but it all went well.
