Ibs pain after taking showers??

I find at times I have ibs pain after taking showers. I don't if it's to do with temperature changes or because I'm leaning over to grabs shampoo/shower gel bottles and it's putting pressure on my abdomen. Does anyone have any other idea as to why this happens and has it happened to anyone else on here?

No, I don't have any other ideas as to what it could be but if I tell you that sometimes I get IBS pains if I drink anything too cold(never have ice in my drinks), or anything too hot(tea). So temperature can affect the gut
