Hot weather Causing a flare up

Hi all hating this hot weather today had a flare up with nausea and toilet troubles this morning was fine then when it got hot had diaherra no colour changes feeling nauseous again plus I work in a 40 degree heat kitchen aswell anyone else felt like this when it's been hot ?

Yes, this is a very common thing with IBS. I find in the summer when it's hot my tummy is more runny and then in the winter it is more the other way. I was okay today though, didn't find it too hot, I find it a real problem once the house warms up in the summer and you can't cool it down again!

Yeah living here in phoenix with the extreme heat is so uncomfortable with ulcerative colitis. I feel disgusting after being outside too long and feel like I'm dripping inside my lower stomach like everything is melting :( then on top of that I can't seem to cool off or it takes forever for me to cool down :( :(
