Antispasmodics and Acid reflux

Is there such a thing as an Antispasmodic that doesn't make acid reflux worse. Mebeverine seems to make it worse, alverine seems to make it worse, Colpermin often makes it worse.

Buscopan generally doesn't seem to but you can't take nausea tablets with that and also I find it tricky to get for dose right. Sometimes it's too strong, and it only lasts four or 5 hours in my experience. Plus it gives me constipation quite often.

PPIs in my experience only have a small benefit and I've tried all of them now and they all seem to make my IBS and anxiety worse.

Any other medicines I'm missing for IBS A/C that people have had success with: antidepressants, antipsychotics, natural remedies etv

Any suggestions appreciated. I do have both a hiatal hernia and sibo.
