Couple of ibs questions

Hi all hope your ok so far from my last post I been fine BM wise no diaherra or constipation but recently I been worried about colour being dark coloured (not black) and reddish been eating alot of red meat and full rack of ribs with BBQ sauce which is red in colour anyway also been having foods which are dark in colour just wondering if it's these what's causing it. Before that I been fine

Yes it could be food related. I'd cut out the red foods for a few days and see if that helps. If not, definitely check with your doctor just in case you're passing blood.

I done a home stool test and was clear cause I was fine before I started the red meat stuff

Home tests aren't as reliable as professional ones, though. I'd definitely get checked out if it continues, just to be on the safe side.
