Constipation

Not being able to go to loo and abdominal pain, pain on left side or right or both and sometimes nausea as well, sometimes bloating.

That’s funny as I get bad bloating pain on my right side with my chronic constipation
I do too, I feel your pain. I’ve been told it’s because your large intestine joins your small intestine there and things struggle to get through. X
Anything and everything! It's amazing how your gut health affects your body as a whole. I experience a vast array of symptoms from cramps/tightness in my tummy to nausea, trapped/excess gas, headache, feeling cold/shivery, aches in my arms and legs (a bit like the flu), and so on. It can feel like your whole body is full of poison. A couple of times when things have been particularly bad I've even had a sore throat. Go figure!
