Hello, I've had a fullness and discomfort in my right side between my ribs and pelvis off and on for a couple days now and my stomach gets tight as well. Is there any cause for concern here?

Hi Treyjeff . Think you are suffering trapped gas in the hepatic flexture a symptom of ibs I’m afraid, I get the same thing, try sipping some warm water slowly to disperse it , also massage tummy right to left hope this helps . God bless
